Androscoggin Lake needs your help!

  • Support the Lake Association
    • if you are not already a member of ALIC, join
    • if you are already a member, renew your membership
    • make an additional donation to the Healthy Lake Fund
  • Stay Informed
  • Become Familiar with Best Lake Stewardship Practices for Your Property
    • reduce water runoff to the lake
    • reduce the size of your lawn
    • maintain a buffer of native vegetation near the lake
    • allow duff to accumulate
    • have your septic tank pumped regularly
    • have your leach field inspected regularly
  • Schedule a LakeSmart Evaluation for Your Property
  • Do Your Part to Eradicate Invasive Water Milfoil from Our Lake
    • we believe that this invasive is currently limited to the Inner Cove of our lake
    • we have every hope of eradicating this very nasty aquatic invasive from our lake
    • contribute both to 30 Mile and to the ALIC Healthy Lake Fund to assist in eradication efforts
    • stay away from the infestation area;  do not spread plants!
